
Ali Schenkman joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its real estate and capital markets team, the firm announced Monday.
Schenkman’s practice focuses on advising on complex commercial real estate transactions. She represents institutional lenders, commercial banks, REITs, private equity funds, and property owners in the origination, refinancing, and securitization of mortgage and mezzanine loans, as well as in loan participations, syndications, and acquisitions.
