Best prediction scores by Gold Derby experts, editors, and users

Congratulations to Gold Derby user Matias Vidal for accurately predicting 84.4 percent of the 2026 Grammy nominations on Friday. The top scorer tied with peacelovemagic1 and itsovere for the overall lead but had the better point tally of 6,775 thanks to strategic use of two Super Bets (500 points each).

Nearly 4,000 people worldwide chose nominees in the four top categories. Our top scorer correctly called 27 of 32 slots, including such long-shots as Justin Bieber (Album of the Year), Doechii (Record of the Year), and Olivia Dean (Best New Artist).
