A UGI Utilities natural gas main replacement project started today, Tuesday, Jan. 20, in Camp Hill.
Construction is scheduled between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting. The project is scheduled to be finished at the end of March.
The work will impact the following streets:
- North 26th Street between Logan and Market streets
- South 26th Street between Market and Chestnut streets
- North 27th Street between Lincoln and Logan streets
- 30th Street between Beverly Road and Logan Street
- Beverly Road between Circle Place and North 30th Street
- Page Street between Kent and North 23rd streets
Drivers, residents and business owners may experience lane restrictions and limited parking during construction hours. In addition, there will be some interruptions to natural gas service. This will require UGI to have access to properties to inspect and relight equipment.
