
BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) – On Monday, April 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Center for Regional Services located at 3991 E. 29th Street in Bryan, the Brazos Valley Community Action Programs is partnering with Atmos Energy to hold the Energy Assistance Blitz.
This is a one-day energy assistance event that will help Brazos County residents who have been disconnected or need assistance paying their current Atmos energy bill, a past-due bill, or a deposit.
In order to qualify for the program, the following criteria must be met:
- Applicants must be an Atmos Energy residential customer.
- Applicants must live in Brazos County and be the primary account holder and resident named on the utility bill.
- Applicant must bring their ID, a copy of their last Atmos utility bill or their account number. The applicant’s name and identification must match the Atmos bill being presented.
- Assistance is subject to funding availability and first come, first serve during this one day event.
- Funds awarded will be applied to the Atmos account presented.
- Applicant must not have received three Pledge the Warmth pledges in the last 12 months.
