OFAC has designated (notice) 3 individuals, 6 entities and 1 vessel facilitating weapons or commodities procurement for the Houthis:
- PRC-based individual Ali Abd-al-Wahhab Muhammad al-Wazir, PRC-based entity Guangzhou Tasneem Trading Company Limited and Hong Kong-based entity Tasneem Trading Company Limited, which allegedly procure weapons materials for the Houthis;
- Oman-based International Smart Digital Interface Limited Liability Company and its operator Muaadh Ahmed Mohammed al-Haifi, which OFAC says work with senior Houthi members to purchase cruise missile components;
- PRC-based firms Ningbo Beilun Saige Machine Co and Dongguan Yuze Machining Tools Company Limited, which allegedly provide UAV and weapons equipment; and
- Cameroon-flagged Otaria, managed by UAE-based Stellar Wave Marine LLC, captained by Ukrainian national Vyacheslav Salyga, which OFAC says loaded commodities for a Houthi financier.
