Michael Turo joined Polsinelli as a shareholder in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Turo represents institutional lenders, financial institutions and real estate investment companies in high-value real estate and structured finance transactions spanning loan originations, construction and mezzanine loans and distressed loan workouts and restructurings. He counsels clients throughout the full lifecycle of a deal, from joint venture formation, acquisition, construction and financing to development, leasing and disposition, the firm said.
