Meet the AI Disruptors 60: The Startups Defining AI’s Future

There are only a few times in life when you get to live through a revolution. For many of us, this is our third: first the internet, then mobile, now AI Superintelligence. In moments of foundational change, the winning mindset isn’t to optimize – it’s to reimagine.

This era of AI Superintelligence rewards founders who are willing to think in paradigms, not features. The ones who understand that technology adoption can feel slow until, suddenly, it isn’t.

The AI Disruptors 60 list, a new honoree list curated by Greenfield Partners and unveiled live at TechCrunch Disrupt, spotlights 60 standout companies redefining what’s possible with AI. These are the builders creating the infrastructure powering AI’s adoption, and the visionaries applying it to transform industries from manufacturing to pharmaceuticals, logistics to law. Collectively, they reveal an inflection point: AI is becoming the default way modern systems operate. The founders behind these companies aren’t chasing headlines but are truly rebuilding the economic backbone of entire industries.

Together, this year’s winners have raised nearly $3 billion. Stemming from across the globe, this young group of innovators, the majority of which were founded less than 3 years ago, is a testament to how fast this new wave is unfolding.

Innovation rarely announces itself. It shows up in the form of teams quietly rewriting how the world works. The AI Disruptors 60 recognizes those teams that are building what will soon power everything else.

Alongside this year’s honorees, we’re celebrating the pioneers who defined AI at its dawn, companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, VAST Data, Harvey, Lovable and Mercor. Their early breakthroughs set the standard for what intelligent systems can achieve and paved the way for the next generation, now building on their momentum.

The AI Disruptors 60 is a compass: the startups to watch, invest in, and partner with as AI becomes foundational.
