Kinney Recruiting is assisting with a REMOTE EC/VC Finance Associate opportunity at Am Law firm with low billable hours requirement. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prominent Am Law firm in a partner track position that can be in any location in eastern or central time. Associates with 3-10 years of experience working within law firm business groups across several offices representing primarily entrepreneurs and investors. Candidates should have experience providing strategic counsel to clients as well as drafting documents and structuring and closing transactions. Candidates should have experience working with start-ups and emerging growth companies and assisting with seed and venture capital financings.
