“Our customers want to diversify their investments with the trading app they trust. By introducing ETCs and ETNs on BISON, retail investors now have further investment opportunities in assets like gold or oil.”

BISON has announced the launch of Exchange-Traded Commodities (ETCs) and Exchange-Traded Notes (ETNs) in fully regulated securities trading.

The Boerse Stuttgart Group’s retail trading platform, which already offered 27 cryptocurrencies, more than 2,500 stocks, and ETFs, is now introducing its customers to a new trading front.

By gaining access to ETCs and ETNs, BISON customers can immediately partake in the price development of precious metals, commodities, and indices. The product range is continually expanding, with trading costs fixed at 1.99 euros per transaction, irrespective of the trade volume.

Investment opportunities in assets like gold or oil

Ulli Spankowski, CEO and Co-Founder of BISON, said: “Our customers want to diversify their investments with the trading app they trust. By introducing ETCs and ETNs on BISON, retail investors now have further investment opportunities in assets like gold or oil.”

According to BISON, some of the products are equipped with leverage or allow investors to take positions on falling prices. The expansion of BISON’s offerings is in response to strong demand from existing customers.

For introducing ETCs and ETNs, BISON draws on the Boerse Stuttgart Group’s long-standing experience and expertise in securities trading. With a transaction fee of 1.99 euros per trade, BISON offers comparatively low costs, and no additional trading venue fees apply.

Buy orders for securities can be placed up to an amount of 100,000 euros per transaction, with no limit on the number of orders per day. There is no cap on the volume of sell orders.

Customers can engage in trading ETCs and ETNs as soon as they are approved for securities trading on BISON. All transactions are conducted on the regulated trading platform of the Boerse Stuttgart Group, ensuring a secure and compliant trading environment.
