Due Diligence

FTI Consulting completed financial, tax and clinical due diligence services for the merging entities, including a synergy assessment, which developed and validated the strategic rationale for the merger.

Merger Integration

While co-leading the integration management office (“IMO”), the team assisted with change management, identified key milestones, and developed Day-1 and Day-100 integration plans and functional target operating models to optimize and efficiently integrate the two businesses into a cohesive organization.

Revenue Cycle Management

FTI Consulting developed a standard RCM dashboard to monitor the financial performance of both organizations and identify areas for improvement, while assisting with day-to-day management.
